Coffee Machine Specialist
What our Brisbane workshop services, what it does not, and how to get your machine to us — including from interstate.
We service and repair prosumer and domestic espresso machines at our workshop in Woolloongabba, just south of the Brisbane CBD. Warranty and out-of-warranty work is done in house, on our own benches — nothing is packed off to a third party, and nothing goes back to Europe.
That focus is narrower than it sounds, and it is deliberate. A three-to-six-thousand-dollar Italian or European espresso machine needs a technician who has the same model apart most weeks, who works with the seals and gaskets it takes, and who can run it under load before it goes home. That is what this workshop is built around. It is also why a fair amount of what turns up gets turned away — so the next section says plainly what we take and what we do not.
We service most of the brands we sell: the Italian and European prosumer line-up. That means Bezzera, Rocket, ECM, Lelit, Profitec, Quick Mill, Elektra, Isomac, Vibiemme, Expobar (not the Ruggero) and Rancilio — the Silvia and Lucy, plus the Rocky grinder — along with the grinders that pair with them. The model-by-model list lives at coffee machine models repaired.
We do not service:
None of that is a judgement about those machines. It is about parts and repetition. Our benches, test rigs, spare-parts range and diagnostic routines are all built around prosumer espresso machines from the brands we carry, so on anything else we would be learning your machine at your expense and ordering every component in specially. You will get a better result, faster, from someone who sees that model every day.
The workshop is at 199 Logan Rd, Woolloongabba. Machines are booked in, diagnosed on the bench, repaired up to a limit you set yourself when you book, then run under load before you collect them — brew cycle, steam cycle and a temperature stability check, not just switched on to see if it lights up.

Turnaround, the drop-off routine, what to bring with the machine, parking and the same-day option are all set out on the Brisbane espresso machine repair page. If all you need is the address and opening hours, they are on our service location page. Not sure whether yours is actually due? Our guide on when to service your prosumer espresso machine covers the signs worth acting on.
You do not have to be in Brisbane. We take machines shipped in from anywhere in Australia, through the same booking process — book online first, then pack the machine and send it to the workshop with the confirmation inside the box.
Packing is the part worth taking seriously. Transit damage is the sender’s responsibility, and a machine that has moved around inside its carton turns a routine service into a repair. The packing notes and the shipping address are on the Brisbane repair page.
Each brand has its own page covering what we work on and how the job runs.
We also service La Pavoni lever machines and Diadema, which do not have pages of their own. The canonical model-by-model list, including the grinders we service and the machines we turn away, is at coffee machine models repaired.
Pricing is published rather than quoted over the phone. The routine service tiers, descales, the quotation charge and the hourly labour rate are all set out on the coffee machine repairs price schedule. That page is the single source of truth, which is why no figure is repeated here — two copies of a price list drift apart.
Bookings go through the online service portal. It asks for the machine, the symptom, a drop-off date and the repair limit you want us to work to, and the booking fee is credited in full against the invoice.
Every repair carries a 90-day guarantee on the parts we fit and the work we do. The terms are at servicing guarantees.

No. That is not a judgement about the machines — it is that the workshop is built around prosumer espresso machines and the parts they take. Our benches, test rigs and spare-parts range all follow the brands we carry, so on anything outside that we would be learning your machine at your expense and ordering every component in specially. You are better off with someone who sees that model every day.
Yes. We take machines shipped in from anywhere in Australia. Book online first, pack the machine so it cannot move inside the carton, and put the booking confirmation in the box. The packing notes and the shipping address are on the Brisbane repair page. Transit damage is the sender’s responsibility, so it is worth doing properly.
Every price we charge is published on the coffee machine repairs price schedule — the routine service tiers, descales, the quotation charge and the hourly labour rate. Nothing is restated here on purpose, so there is only ever one version of the price list to keep current.
No — domestic and prosumer only. Commercial machines are a different trade: larger boilers, plumbed installations and duty cycles that need a technician set up for on-site café work. This is a workshop for home and small-office machines.
