Bezzera Coffee Machine Service Brisbane

Bezzera servicing from the Brisbane workshop that imports the brand — in-house warranty work, our own parts supply, published pricing.

Bezzera is the one brand we import ourselves, and that changes what a service looks like. Warranty work is done here in Woolloongabba rather than sent away, parts come through our own supply rather than a third party’s, and the people who service your machine are the people who brought it into the country.

We service every single-group domestic and semi-professional Bezzera machine, plus all Bezzera grinders. That is the whole current range and the older ones behind it.

The Bezzera machines we service

The range splits into a few families, and they behave differently on the bench:

  • BZ10 and BZ16 — the long-running heat-exchanger machines, including the BZ16 R volumetric.
  • The Aria — Aria R PID and Aria V, the compact end of the range.
  • Duo and Matrix — dual boilers with PID, in manual and volumetric versions. The volumetric machines carry dosing electronics the manual ones do not.
  • Nini — the Nini DE.
  • Sole and Luce — including the Sole and the Luce PID.
  • Strega — the lever-and-spring machine, in tank and plumbed forms.

For buying advice rather than servicing, our Bezzera espresso machine guide covers the range, with individual reviews of the Duo DE and the Matrix DE.

Warranty work, handled here

Because we import the brand, a Bezzera bought from us carries a two-year in-house warranty and the warranty work happens on our own benches. Nothing is packed off to a distributor and nothing goes back to Europe. In practice that means a shorter loop: the machine comes in, we diagnose it, and the decision about what is covered is made in the building.

Out-of-warranty Bezzeras, and machines bought elsewhere, are equally welcome — the process is the same, it is just billed from the published price list instead.

Parts

Bezzera has by a wide margin the deepest parts catalogue of anything we service — several hundred line items, against a few dozen for most brands. That is a direct consequence of importing it: the parts range exists because we built it for our own service work first.

We will still tell you when something has to be ordered rather than pulled, and we quote before proceeding on anything beyond routine.

Which service tier your Bezzera sits on

Routine service tiers are set by machine type rather than brand:

  • Heat exchanger, single group — the BZ10, BZ16 and the Aria V.
  • Heat exchanger or dual boiler with a PID interface — the Duo, the Matrix, the Aria R PID and the Luce PID.
  • Manual lever — the Strega sits on the lever tier, where the seal and piston work is more involved.
  • Grinder service — Bezzera grinders are priced separately and often booked in alongside.

Every routine service covers the group seal, shower screen, tap O-rings and tap gaskets, and the machine is bench-tested under load before collection. Tier prices are on the price schedule.

Booking, cost and turnaround

Every price is published on the coffee machine repairs price schedule — routine service tiers, descales, the quotation charge and the hourly labour rate. Nothing is restated here, so there is only ever one version to keep current.

Bookings go through the online service portal, which asks for the machine, the symptom, a drop-off date and the repair limit you want us to work to. Machines booked through the portal are back with you in three to five business days, subject to parts and technician availability. Dropped off without a booking, allow up to ten.

Every repair carries a 90-day guarantee on the work performed and the parts we install — the terms are at servicing guarantees. For turnaround, drop-off hours, parking and ship-in packing, see the Brisbane espresso machine repair page, or the coffee machine servicing and repairs hub for the full list of brands we take.

Frequently asked questions

Do you service Bezzera machines under warranty?

Yes, and we do it here. Bezzera is the brand we import ourselves, so a machine bought from us carries a two-year in-house warranty and the warranty work is done on our own benches in Woolloongabba rather than sent to a distributor.

Do you have Bezzera parts?

Bezzera has the deepest parts catalogue of any brand we service — several hundred line items, which exists because we import the brand and built the range for our own workshop first. Anything that has to be ordered rather than pulled, we will tell you about before the work starts.

Do you service older BZ-series machines?

Yes. The BZ10 and BZ16 are long-running heat-exchanger machines and they are still standard work here, as are the earlier machines behind them. Scope is every single-group domestic and semi-professional Bezzera, not just the current line-up.

How much does a Bezzera service cost?

It depends on the machine type rather than the brand. A BZ10 heat exchanger, a Duo PID dual boiler and a Strega lever all sit on different routine tiers. Every tier is published on the coffee machine repairs price schedule.

Do I have to have bought it from you?

No. Machines bought elsewhere are serviced on exactly the same process; the only difference is that the work is billed from the published price list rather than covered by the in-house warranty.
