Coffee Machine Specialist Service Bookings

This is where you book your machine in. The form below walks you through the machine, the symptom, a drop-off date and the repair limit you’re happy to pre-approve, then takes the booking fee. It takes about five minutes.

If you’d rather talk it through first, call 1300 551 626 — sometimes a two-minute phone diagnosis saves you a trip. And if you’re still deciding whether a repair is worth it at all, our guide on repair or replace covers the framework we use every day.

Routine service from $240 Turnaround ~3 business days (same day available for an additional fee) $100 booking fee — credited in full against your invoice

What happens after you book

  1. You get a booking confirmation with your drop-off date and your pre-approved repair limit on it. Print it or save it — it goes in the box if you’re shipping the machine to us.
  2. You drop the machine off at 199 Logan Rd, Woolloongabba, or ship it in. You can change your pre-approved limit at drop-off.
  3. We log it in. Photos, labelling, and a note of everything you’ve told us about how it’s behaving.
  4. A qualified technician services it. Every routine service includes a new group seal, shower screen, steam and hot-water tap O-rings and tap gaskets, plus a full check of pressure, temperature stability and pump flow.
  5. We only call you if we need to. Work inside your pre-approved limit goes ahead without a callback. Anything beyond it, we stop and quote first.
  6. You get a service report, the machine is cleaned and quality-checked under load, and we let you know it’s ready.

Every repair carries a 90-day guarantee on parts and labour.

Coffee Machine Repair pricing

Routine service is flat-priced by machine type, not by brand:

Machine type Routine service
Single boiler (e.g. Rancilio Silvia, Lelit Anna, Profitec Go) $240
Heat exchanger and dual boiler $295
Heat exchanger and dual boiler with PID $330

The $100 booking fee is charged when you book. It’s non-refundable, but it comes off your service invoice in full — so on a $240 routine service you pay $140 on collection.

If you’d rather have a quote before authorising any work, the booking fee converts to the $195 prepaid quote fee (you top up the difference at drop-off), and that quote fee is credited against the repair if you go ahead. Labour beyond the first hour is billed in 15-minute blocks.

Manual levers, descales, boiler and element replacements and everything else sit on the full service price schedule.

Turnaround

Machines booked through the form above are normally back with you in about three business days from drop-off. Walk-ins join the queue behind the booked jobs and typically take 7–10 days depending on workshop load — booking is worth the five minutes.

If you need it faster, same-day service is available for $180 when it’s pre-arranged. Call before you book so we can check the bench is free.

Which machines we service

We service the prosumer Italian and European machines we sell every day: Bezzera, ECM, Rocket, Lelit, Profitec, Rancilio, Quick Mill, Vibiemme, Isomac, Expobar, La Pavoni, Elektra and Nuova Simonelli, plus the grinders that pair with them — Eureka, Mazzer, Compak, Quamar, Fiorenzato and the rest.

We don’t service Breville, Sage, DeLonghi, Jura, pod machines or commercial gear. That’s not snobbery, it’s parts and repetition: we hold stock for the brands we sell, and our technicians see the same models every week. Sending a Sage elsewhere gets you a better outcome than us learning it on your machine.

The full brand-and-model list is at coffee machine models repaired, and our Brisbane workshop page covers the servicing side in more depth.

Drop off or ship in

Drop off at 199 Logan Rd, Woolloongabba QLD 4102 — just south of the Brisbane CBD. Service drop-off hours are 8am–4:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am–12:30pm Saturday. Park in the car park behind the building (first driveway on the right off Taylor Street) or pull into the loading zone out front; if you’re carrying a heavy machine, use the loading zone and we’ll help you bring it in.

Ship it in if you’re outside Brisbane. Pack it in original-style foam, or thick double-walled cardboard with foam on every face. Empty and remove the water tank, and put a printed copy of your booking confirmation inside the box. We don’t run a pickup-and-delivery service, and transit damage is the sender’s responsibility, so pack it properly.

Before you book, have this handy

  • Make and model, and roughly how old the machine is
  • What it’s doing — no steam, leaking, slow to heat, tripping the safety switch, tasting off
  • When it was last serviced, if you know
  • The repair limit you’re comfortable pre-approving — you can change it at drop-off

Bring the portafilter and the drip tray with the machine. Leave the water tank empty.

Still not sure? Call 1300 551 626 or contact us and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth booking in.
