Service & repairs
Lelit servicing from our Brisbane workshop — from the entry Anna to the Bianca, and which tier each one sits on.
We service and repair Lelit espresso machines at our Woolloongabba workshop. Lelit is one of the brands we sell, and its range is unusually wide — from a compact single boiler through to a flow-control flagship — which means the answer to “what will a service cost” genuinely depends on which one you have.
The scope is every single-group domestic and semi-professional Lelit machine, plus Lelit grinders.
For buying advice rather than servicing, our Lelit espresso machine guide covers the range, and there is a full Lelit Mara X review.
The Bianca’s paddle is flow control — it varies the flow rate through the group during the shot. It is not pressure profiling, and the distinction matters when you are describing a fault to us: “the paddle feels different” and “the pressure is wrong” are two separate investigations.
The Bianca V3 also runs a rotary pump, not a vibration pump. That is a real difference from most machines at its size and it changes what is on the bench.
The Mara X is a heat exchanger with its own thermal logic, and it is the Lelit that comes through most often simply because a lot of them sold. The Anna is a single boiler and sits on the least expensive routine tier — worth knowing, because owners often assume a service costs the same across a brand when it is set by machine type.
Lelit is a current brand for us, so routine consumables come through the same channel that supplies the showroom. Beyond routine, we quote before proceeding and tell you plainly when something has to be ordered rather than pulled.
Every routine service covers the group seal, shower screen, tap O-rings and tap gaskets, and the machine runs under load before collection. Tier prices are on the price schedule.
Every price is published on the coffee machine repairs price schedule — routine service tiers, descales, the quotation charge and the hourly labour rate. Nothing is restated here, so there is only ever one version to keep current.
Bookings go through the online service portal, which asks for the machine, the symptom, a drop-off date and the repair limit you want us to work to. Machines booked through the portal are back with you in three to five business days, subject to parts and technician availability. Dropped off without a booking, allow up to ten.
Every repair carries a 90-day guarantee on the work performed and the parts we install — the terms are at servicing guarantees. For turnaround, drop-off hours, parking and ship-in packing, see the Brisbane espresso machine repair page, or the coffee machine servicing and repairs hub for the full list of brands we take.
Yes — the Anna, Victoria, Elizabeth, Mara X in all its versions, the Bianca V3, the Kate, and the rest of the single-group domestic range, plus Lelit grinders. Lelit is a brand we sell, so these machines are regular work here.
The paddle is part of the machine we service, yes. One thing worth getting right when you describe a problem: the Bianca’s paddle is flow control, not pressure profiling — it varies flow rate through the group. It is also worth knowing the Bianca V3 uses a rotary pump rather than a vibration pump.
Yes. The Anna is a single boiler, so it sits on the least expensive routine tier — a useful thing to know, because service pricing is set by machine type rather than by brand.
They sit on different tiers, yes. The Mara X is a heat exchanger; the Bianca is a dual boiler with a digital interface, which takes more bench time. Both tiers are published on the coffee machine repairs price schedule.
It depends which Lelit. An Anna, a Mara X and a Bianca are three different routine tiers. All of them, plus the quotation charge and hourly labour rate, are on the coffee machine repairs price schedule.
