Fresh coffee beans, roasted in Australia and shipped straight from us. We keep the range deliberately tight and stock what we drink in the workshop: Cooroy Coffee Roasters — the smooth, chocolatey Cooroy Blend and the darker, bolder Mountain Tempest — and Six of 1 Coffee Roasters, with the balanced Mary Had a Little Blend and the rotating single origin, The Single Guy. Every bean comes in 500g and 1kg bags.

Blends suit espresso and milk drinks, where consistency shot to shot matters more than novelty. A single origin like The Single Guy is the one to reach for when you are brewing filter or pour over and want the origin character to come through. If you are new to a bag, start at your usual grind setting and expect to adjust — fresher beans almost always need a finer grind.

Buy whole bean and grind to order if you can; it is the single biggest upgrade to the cup. Pair a bag with a coffee grinder and an airtight coffee storage canister, or browse the tea and chocolate range for the non-coffee drinkers.
