At Coffee Machine Specialist, we follow a strict process for booking, servicing, and post-servicing of coffee machines, earning us a reputation as Brisbane’s leading provider for coffee machine repairs. Our qualified technicians treat every machine with the utmost care, ensuring all repairs meet factory standards. Unlike others, we conduct a separate post-repair bench test to confirm all issues are addressed and the machine is thoroughly cleaned.
Routine services include a health check, with repairs up to a pre-approved nominal value undertaken without additional contact. For repairs exceeding this amount, we seek your approval before proceeding. Service inquiries are addressed between 8am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, with responses to late inquiries handled the next business day.

Within a Routine Service, there is a health checkup of your machine. If issues are found, we continue to undertake these repairs up to a pre-approved amount as signed for when the machine or grinder is booked in. (You can review the terms when booking in your repair or at the time of drop off). If you wish to amend the pre-approval, please ensure this is communicated at the time of booking or when dropping your equipment to us. If the total value of the service/repairs are to exceed the pre-approved amount, you will be contacted for approval prior to the work being carried out.
We ask for a pre-approval amount to ensure our technicians are able to keep your equipment moving through its repair stages and speeds up the servicing/repair process. At times it is not possible to complete the servicing/repair of your equipment without addressing faults as they are identified. Please be aware that if the pre-approval is limited to the cost of a Routine Service only, this will impact the overall service turn around time as your technician will continue repairing other customers’ machines as they await your response.
