3-5 Business Day Service/Repair
Take advantage of our online booking system and you will have your coffee machine back before you know it! We aim to have your machine back with you within 3-5 business days (subject to parts and technician availability) so you can keep the caffeine flowing!
10 Business Day Service/Repair
If you opt to drop your coffee machine to us without a booking, we will aim to have your coffee machine Service/Repairs completed within 10 Business Days (subject to parts and technician availability).
We guarantee all our repairs for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice. This does not extend to other issues that may arise due to a different part of the machine subsequently failing. Any repair guarantee issues will require the machine to be returned to our service centre.
