Coffee Machine Specialist based in Woolloongabba has become a specialist in coffee machine repairs, especially in the domestic market. With over 10 years of experience servicing predominantly Bezzera and Rancilio Silvia coffee machines, we have expanded our servicing of other brands of coffee machines such as ECM, Rocket, Vibiemme and Expobar.
Coffee Machine Specialist came into life out of an extension of our existing wholesale business in 2013. Recognising there was no one providing a range of prosumer espresso machine in South East Queensland, we ventured into providing some limited retail products and services.
After moving to our current retail location closer into the city of Brisbane in 2026, our team has significantly grown as has our range of espresso equipment and accessories. We now have the largest range of espresso, alternative brewing and related accessories in one place in South East Queensland.

Chris started the business in 2002 with a long term friend. Over the years, Chris has guided the business through a few different transitions into what it is today.
While not actively involved in day to day operations, Chris continue to keep a keen eye on guiding the business to become better each day.
Andrew has been working with Coffee Machine specialist from 2017. Taking a sojourn during covid to work at a leading Australian bank, Andrew return in 2023 to lead the day to day operations of the business.
Gary, having working in a range of electrical related enterprises including Coca Cola joined coffee machine Specialist in 2017. Over 10 years of working in the coffee machine industry, Gary has devleloped the skills needed to diagnose comples espresso machine issues.

Rapid machine servicing! Using the online booking system I dropped my coffee machine for a service on a Wednesday morning and it was ready for pick up the next day! I know of other service centers that take close to a week to do the same.
Smooth and seamless experience with a coffee machine service. Booked online, long initial wait time of about 6 weeks however, machine was serviced and home within 1 day. The machine technician was very thorough and detailed with the write up of the service, including tips on how best to care for our machine. Will definitely be going back.
