Dual Stainless Steel Boilers: The machine is equipped with two boilers—0.58 litres for brewing and 1.8 litres for steaming—ensuring consistent temperature control and the ability to brew and steam simultaneously.
Pressure Profiling System: This feature enables the extraction process to be divided into five different time intervals, each with programmable pressure settings. Users can adjust the pressure to ramp up or down during extraction, allowing for experimentation with various coffee types and flavours.
Remote Control via Communication Pod and Wi-Fi: Adjustments to pressure profiles, boiler temperatures, and other settings can be made through a remote controller or the machine’s Wi-Fi system, providing real-time monitoring of temperatures, pressures, and extraction times.
Rotary Pump: Ensures quiet operation and offers the flexibility of using either the internal 2.5-litre water reservoir or connecting directly to a water supply.
