Designed by popular demand, we launched our puck diffuser screen to enhance coffee extraction.
The use of a puck screen increases your brewing times by slowing the diffusion of water throughout your coffee puck.
If you find yourself wanting to dose less in your coffee filter basket, you can use a puck screen to decrease the headroom inside the puck, so you don’t end up with a muddy puck. You can also use the puck screen to increase the pressure inside the puck for a slower extraction that will increase your extraction yield.

How To Use the Puck Diffuser Screen: After tamping your coffee ground, simply place the puck diffuser screen on top of your coffee puck before inserting portafilter into coffee machine.
