About this accessory
The Hario Shizuku Slow Drip Brewer allows you to make the same cold drip coffee as you get from your local cafe. This adjustment free unit relies on the particle size of the coffee grinds to determine the brew time. The finer you grind, the longer it takes for the water to pass through the coffee therefor the stronger the extraction will be.
With the slim line unit, you can set up the coffee and water ratio and then put it in your fridge door and let it drip away! after 1-2 hours the brewing will be complete and ready for you to drink.
