About this accessory
The Bialetti Brikka is the moka pot that makes crema. Its patented weighted pressure valve builds and releases pressure in bursts, so the coffee pours thicker and topped with a genuine café-style crema you won’t get from a standard moka pot.
This 4-cup aluminium model brews rich, full-bodied stovetop espresso the classic Italian way — no machine, no pods. Fill the base, add ground coffee to the basket, and let the heat do the rest.
The Moka Express makes excellent everyday stovetop coffee; the Brikka adds the pressure valve to lift body and crema for a result closer to espresso. Suits gas and electric hobs (not induction — choose the Bialetti New Moka Induction for induction cooktops). Hand wash and let dry between uses to keep the aluminium in top condition.
