The easy to read display shows temperature in Celsius and goes up to 110C. The dial features hot and cold calibration points and orange, green and red zones to highlight the ideal range for milk steaming. The orange zone indicates when the milk is warm, the green zone indicates when the milk is optimal serving temperature and the red zone is too hot and beginning to overheat the milk. A clip is included and designed to fit milk jugs between 300ml and 1L.
