Baratza Encore Coffee Grinder is an entry level grinder for home. It’s 40 individual grind setting gives all the liberty to grind from fine to coarse as needed. With Gearbox 2.0, the strength and durability is greatly increased.

Ideal for all slow brew methods such as filter, syphon, plunger and percolator. We do not recommend the Encore for espresso brewing (when using a standard commercial type filter basket). If however, you have a smaller espresso machine with a pressurised basket, then the Encore will be an ideal pairing with your espresso machine.

The conical burrs of 40 mm will give excellent performance will last for many years. It minimises the ground coffee left in grinder, thus maximise freshness and quality of ground coffee. It comes with 40 grind adjustment setting to give you finer ground coffee to coarse one.

• Burrs –  Comes with 40mm conical burrs for superb performance and durability
• Grind Adjustment – It is equipped with 40 grind settings to give you all the liberty for grinding fine to coarse. The grind range is from 250 to 1200 microns.
• Motor – Enhanced with high torque, powerful DC motor and it starts slowly to give quiet operation and longer grinding duty cycle.
• Speed – Encore uses a combination of gear and electronic speed reduction to control the rotation of the burr to 550 RPM.
• Hopper Extender – An extension that can add 9 oz. of capacity to the existing 8 oz. bean hopper. Several extenders can be added to get to the capacity you need.
