Exceeded expectation! I bought an entry level grinder today and can't get it to work or some reason. Frustrated and took it back for help. They explained and tried every single setting til they found a reasonably fine setting. Then she actually made a coffee for me to see whether the flow is too fast or too slow. I also got some beans to take home so "I don't have to waste my own beans when I might have to keep trying the grinder setting". Exceptional service. I'm sure I'll upgrade my machine in a few years and this is the place I'll be getting my machine from!

My La Scala coffee machine was in need of a thorough service. All sorts of niggling little things were going wrong. It's a heat exchanger, group E61 machine. They explained what they would do and within a couple of days I received an email stating what needed to be replaced and fixed. When I was told the machine was ready for collection I was given a full, itemised list of everything, with photos, that had been done including a box of the old parts--nothing worth keeping. In fact looking at them made me realise I should have been doing more for my machine. My machine works beautifully and smoothly. Every cup of coffee is a delight. CMS have made my machine like new. And the cost was fair and reasonable. I think they're great and I will go back.

I looked around on the web for reviews of espresso machine repairers and I'm glad I did. I avoided one of Brisbane's best known machine doctors - which got really dreadful reviews - and I found the Coffee Machine Specialists instead. They were helpful and professional and they serviced my Rancilio Silvia quickly and at very reasonable cost. I got an email immediately after I dropped my machine into them confirming that my machine had been logged into their system, and another letting me know that the job was complete (job took about a week despite the April weekend holidays). The machine came back working smoothly and powerfully and they had made a great job of cleaning it outside as well. I am happy to recommend the Coffee Machine Specialists and I will definitely be using them again for my next service.

My ECM has never performed better even straight out of the box when new. It is quieter and is making great coffee now.

Yes we did have our machine serviced ....

Yes we did have our coffee machine serviced a couple of weeks and I can’t fault the service at all. A couple of seals required replacing and one of the parts was replaced under warranty even though my warranty had expired a few days before. I had it to you by 10am and it was ready for pick up by 2.30pm which is exactly what you said when I called to book it in. Yes it cost a little more for the same day service but the convenience of not having to take more time off work was well worth it.

I bought my husband this machine for his birthday last year and to say he loves it would be an understatement!

Truly wonderful service

My machine is a La Scala Butterfly, group E61 heat exchanger. It needed attention badly. CMS did a fantastic job making it feel like a new machine. They were thorough and when the report came back it included photos of parts of the machine before and after where repairs were needed. There was also a box of bits that had been replaced which made feel somewhat ashamed of how I had treated it in the last year. The turnaround was fast and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend CMS.

Oh La La - Perfect service

Our Nuova Simonelli - Musica, required servicing (Unable to hold pressure and steam). Actually it was well overdue. The service was a little slow (2 weeks), however,it came back to us as good as new and works the best since we have had it.
